芽孢杆菌与壳寡糖混施对基质环境和黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

中文摘要:旨在研究生物源物质对黄瓜幼苗的促生效果,提出绿色高效育苗新技术。以清水灌根为对照(CK),壳寡糖灌根(T1) 、解淀粉芽孢杆菌XY-13灌根(T2)、壳寡糖与解淀粉芽孢杆菌混合灌根(T3)为处理,系统分析芽孢杆菌与壳寡糖混施对基质养分、黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:T3处理有机质、全氮、速效氮、EC等指标较CK提高77.3%、31.6%、394.8%、121.1%,速效磷含量下降。在基质养分活化方面,T3处理最佳, T2优于T1。除根冠比外,T2处理各生长指标显著高于T1处理,T3处理各生长指标最佳,T3壮苗指数相对于CK、T1、T2处理提升了91.3%、55.4%、39.7%。T3累积的生物量均显著高于其他处理,呈现T3>T2>T1>CK的变化趋势。T2处理根长显著高于其他处理,T3处理根体积、根直径均显著高于其他处理,根系发育状况良好。菌剂对黄瓜幼苗根系生长起到显著的促进作用。T2、T3处理蒸腾速率显著高于CK及T1处理,气孔导度显著高于CK处理。相较CK、T1、T2处理,T3净光合速率显著提高了136.2%、80.6%、 35.3%。解淀粉芽孢杆菌和壳寡糖混施处理在基质养分活化、光合指标、根系发育方面的效果优于单一处理,更优于对照,对培育黄瓜壮苗具有重要生产指导意义。

Effects of Mixture of Bacillus and Chitooligosaccharide on Substrate Environment and Seedling Growth of Cucumber
Abstract:The quality of seedlings affects the growth and cultivation at later growth stage of crops. In order to cultivate strong seedlings,the growth-promoting effect of biogenic substances on cucumber seedlings was studied in this experiment,and a new green and high-efficiency seedling cultivation technology was proposed. In this experiment,the roots were irrigated with water as the control(CK),and the roots were irrigated with chitosan oligosaccharide(T1),Bacillus amyloliquefaciens XY-13(T2),and mixture of chitosan oligosaccharide and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(T3).Were used as treatments,the effects of mixed application of Bacillus sp. and chitosan oligosaccharide on substrate nutrients and the growth of cucumber seedlings were systematically analyzed. Compared with CK,the indexes of organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen and EC increased by 77.3%,31.6%,394.8% and 121.1% in T3 treatment,respectively,and the content of available phosphorus decreased. In terms of matrix nutrient activation,T3 treatment was the best,and T2 was better than T1. Except for the root-shoot ratio,the growth indexes of T2 treatment were significantly higher than that of T1 treatment,and the growth indexes of T3 treatment were the best. The biomass accumulated in T3 was significantly higher than other treatments,with a trend of T3>T2>T1>CK. The root length of T2 treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments,and the root volume and root diameter of T3 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments,and the root system was in good condition. The inoculants played a significant role in promoting the root growth of cucumber seedlings. The transpiration rates of T2 and T3 treatments were significantly higher than those of CK and T1 treatment,and the stomatal conductance was significantly higher than that of CK treatments. Compared with CK,T1 and T2 treatments,the net photosynthetic rate of T3 was significantly increased by 136.2%,80.6% and 35.3%.respectively. The effect of mixed application on matrix nutrient activation,photosynthetic index and root development was better than that of single treatment and better than that of the control. The mixed application treatment can significantly promote the growth of cucumber seedlings and cultivate strong seedlings.
