| 中文摘要:采用形态学和ITS测序相结合的方法鉴定采自内蒙古自治区赤峰市的3个木生光柄菇属和2个托光柄菇属真菌标本。结果表明：CFSZ10115为羽状光柄菇Pluteus dianae Pilát，CFSZ10295为北方光柄菇Pluteus leucoborealis Justo，CFSZ 11537为密执安托光柄菇Volvopluteus michiganensis(A.H.Sm.) Justo & Minnis，羽状光柄菇Pluteus dianae Pilát为中国新记录种，北方光柄菇Pluteus leucoborealis Justo和密执安托光柄菇Volvopluteus michiganensis(A.H.Sm.) Justo & Minnis为中国偶见分布种，北方光柄菇（P.leucoborealis）仅分布在西藏自治区，密执安托光柄菇（V.michiganensis）仅分布在吉林省延边市，二者也为内蒙古新记录种；对3个种的形态学特征进行了详细描述，并附有生境图片和显微图像，本研究结果为光柄菇科物种鉴定、资源分布做了重要补充，为菌物资源生物多样性保护提供了理论依据。 |

| Newly Recorded and Occasional Species of Pluteaceae in China |

| Abstract:Based on morphology and ITS sequence analysis,two woody specimen of Pluteus(CFSZ10115 and CFSZ10295) and one of Volvopluteus(CFSZ11537)collected from Inner Mongolia were class field and identified. The results showed that specimen CFSZ 110115 was Pluteus dianae Pilát,which was a new record of China,CFSZ10295 and CFSZ11537 were Pluteus leucoborealis Justo and Volvopluteus michiganensis,respectively,which were two new records of Inner Mongolia and occasional species.The morphological characteristics of the three species were described in detail,and the habitat picture and micrograph were attached. The results of this study is an important supplement to the species identification and resource distribution of Pluteaceae,and provides a theoretical basis for the protection of fungal resource biodiversity. |
