| 中文摘要:旨在探究中药复方预防幼兔大肠杆菌和魏氏梭菌混合型腹泻的效果。32只断奶肉兔随机分为对照组、攻毒组（Ⅰ）、0.5 % 中药组（Ⅱ）、1.0 % 中药组（Ⅲ），饲喂7 d后，对照组腹腔注射生理盐水，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组注射混合菌液。记录各组攻毒后0~48 h的腹泻率；ELISA测定IgM、IgA、SIgA、hs-CPR水平； 16S rDNA扩增子测序补充盲肠菌群水平与多样性。结果表明，Ⅱ组可显著抑制有害菌肠杆菌属水平，同时显著提高有益菌拟杆菌属、Akkermansia属的水平；Ⅱ、Ⅲ组幼兔腹泻率远低于Ⅰ组；Ⅲ组IgM、IgA、SIgA、hs-CPR水平均极显著高于Ⅰ组，Ⅱ组IgM、SIgA、hs-CPR水平极显著高于Ⅰ组、IgA水平显著高于Ⅰ组。饲粮中添加0.5%的中药可有效预防幼兔大肠杆菌-魏氏梭菌混合型腹泻，可能与调控肠道菌群有益菌和有害菌水平有关。 |

| Preventive Effect of Chinese Medicine Compound against Diarrhea Caused by E.coli and Clostridium welchii in Weaned Rabbits |

| Abstract:This study aims to assess the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound on prevention of mixed diarrhea caused by E. coli and Clostridium weichii in weaned rabbits. 32 weaned meat rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely control, challenge(Ⅰ), 0.5% medicine(Ⅱ) and 1.0% medicine(Ⅲ). After 7 days of feeding, the rabbits in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were injected intraperitoneally with mixed bacterial solution, while the control group were injected with normal saline. The rate of diarrhea in each group was recorded within 48 hours after challenge; concentration of IgM, IgA, SIgA, hs-CPR was detected by ELISA; the cecal flora level and diversity were analyzed by 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing. The results suggested that group Ⅱ could inhibit the level of harmful bacteria Enterobacteriaceae, and increase the level of beneficial bacteria, Bacteroides and Akkermansia simultaneously; The diarrhea rates in the groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were obviously lower than that in the group Ⅰ; The IgM, IgA, SIgA, and hs-CPR levels in the group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the group Ⅰ; The levels of IgM, SIgA and hs-CPR were significantly higher in the group Ⅱ than those in the group Ⅰ , and the level of IgA was significantly higher than those in the group Ⅰ . In conclusion, addition of 0.5% Chinese medicine compound in the diet of young rabbits can prevent E. coli-Clostridium weischii diarrhea due to the regulation of the level of beneficial and harmful bacteria in the intestinal flora. |
