Abstract:In order to explore the QTLs of the kernel ratio(KR) ,single ear mass(EW) and kernel mass per ear(KWE) in maize,201 F5:6 recombinant inbred lines(RILs) obtained from KA105 and KB020 were taken as materials, based on two repeated field experiments in Yulin and Hanzhong,KR,EW and KWE were analyzed by using inclusive composite interval mapping method in IciMapping4.2 software.The results showed that a total of ten QTLs was detected,among them,five is for KR,two for EW and three for KWE.Ten QTLs were distributed on chromosome 1,2,5,6,9 and 10,respectively.These QTLs could explain phenotypic variation from 5.92% to 13.50%.Meanwhile,the QTLs on chromosome 1 and 6 could be detected in all three traits,which may be a pleiotropic locus.The QTLs on chromosome 6 could explain the phenotypic variation greater than 10.00% in all three traits.Therefore,future research should focuse on this region. |
