宁夏部分地区新生犊牛腹泻的病原调查及主要病原的遗传进化分析

中文摘要:为了解宁夏地区新生犊牛腹泻(Neonatal calf diarrhea,NCD)相关病原的流行情况,应用PCR法分别对宁夏部分地区采集的195份2月龄内断奶前犊牛粪便进行NCD相关病原检测,并对主要病原进行遗传进化分析。结果表明,宁夏部分地区NCD主要发生于30日龄内的犊牛,牛轮状病毒(Bovine Rotavirus,BRV)、牛冠状病毒(Bovine Coronavirus,BCoV)、牛诺如病毒(Bovine Norovirus,BNoV)和隐孢子虫是该地区引起NCD的主要病原,在腹泻犊牛中检出率分别为19.8%、9.43%、12.26%、6.6%。遗传进化分析表明,检出的BRV、BCoV与国内已报道的毒株遗传进化关系较近,BNoV主要为GⅢ.2型,隐孢子虫主要为微小隐孢子虫。上述结果表明,BRV、BCoV、BNoV和隐孢子虫是宁夏部分地区NCD的主要相关病原,其中BNoV已经在该地区新生犊牛中广泛流行。

Investigation of Pathogens Related to Calf Diarrhea and Evolutionary Genetics Analysis of Main Pathogens in Some Areas of Ningxia
Abstract:To understand the prevalence of pathogens related to Neonatal calf diarrhea (NCD) in Ningxia, the PCR method was used to detect NCD related pathogens in 195 pre-weaning calf feces collected fromthe parts of Ningxia, and the genetic evolution of the main pathogens was analyzed. The results showed that NCD mainly occurred in 30-day-old calves in parts of Ningxia, Bovine rotavirus (BRV), Bovine coronavirus (BCoV), Bovine norovirus (BNoV) and Cryptosporidium were the main pathogens which could cause NCD in this area. The detection rate in calves with diarrhea was 19.8%, 9.43%, 12.26% and 6.6%, respectively. The results of genetic evolution analysis showed that the BRV and BCoV detected in neonatal calves in some areas of Ningxia were closely related to the strains that had been reported in China. BNoV was mainly GⅢ.2, and Cryptosporidium was mainly Cryptosporidium parvum. These results showed that BRV, BCoV, BNoV and Cryptosporidium are the main pathogens related to NCD in the parts of Ningxia. BNoV has been widely prevalent in neonatal calves in this area, thereby providing an important reference for the prevention and control of NCD.
