硬粒小麦与野生二粒小麦籽粒铁、锌、硒元素质量分数的相关性分析

中文摘要:为鉴定、发掘二粒小麦中高微量元素的优异种质,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)对20份野生二粒小麦和30份硬粒小麦籽粒中铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)和硒(Se)3种微量元素的质量分数进行测定和分析。结果显示:硬粒小麦籽粒中Fe、Zn和Se的平均质量分数分别为44.46 mg/kg、32.23 mg/kg和104.94 μg/kg,而野生二粒小麦籽粒中Fe、Zn和Se的平均质量分数分别为59.20 mg/kg、55.34 mg/kg和85.40 μg/kg,其中硬粒小麦Fe、Zn、Se质量分数最高的材料分别为‘Joppa’‘Candeal’‘Akathiotiko’,而野生二粒小麦材料‘Mt Gilboa 2’ 3种微量元素的质量分数则均是所有材料中最高的。与硬粒小麦相比,野生二粒小麦Fe和Zn质量分数显著增高,而Se质量分数两者无显著差异。野生二粒小麦中所测微量元素的变异系数较大,暗示野生二粒小麦具有更为丰富的遗传变异。相关性分析表明四倍体小麦籽粒中Fe和Zn、Se的质量分数显著相关。方差贡献率结果表明,第一和第二主成分的贡献值分别达到63.82%、28.92%,且Fe、Zn质量分数差异是第一主成分的主要贡献,Se质量分数差异是第二主成分的主要贡献。

Correlation Analysis of Fe,Zn,Se mass fraction in Durum and Emmer Wheat
Abstract:In order to identify and evaluate the elite emmer wheat germplasm with high content of microelements,we determined the mass fraction of iron,zinc and selenium in 20 wild emmer and 30 durum wheat accessions based on the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS) method.Results showed that the average contents of iron,zinc and selenium were 44.46 mg/kg,32.23 mg/kg and 104.94 μg/kg2 in durum wheat,and 59.20 mg/kg,55.34 mg/kg and 85.40 μg/kg in wild wheat,respectively.Among all tested genotypes,the accession ‘Joppa’,‘Candeal’ and ‘Akathiotiko’ had the highest value of iron,zinc and selenium contents in all of tested durum wheat,while ‘Mt Gilboa 2’ ranked the highest value of all of these tested wild emmer wheat.Compared with durum wheat,the microelement mass fraction of iron and zinc in wild emmer was significantly higher,whereas no significance was detected for the mass fraction of selenium.Correlation analysis demonstrated that the mass fraction of iron was positively related to zinc and selenium,while there was no obvious relationship between zinc and selenium.Besides,the wild emmer,with highly genetic diversity,possessed a larger value of the coefficient of variation in respect to the durum accessions.Variance contribution analysis found that the contribution of the first and second principal components reached 63.82% and 28.92% respectively,and the iron and zinc mass fraction variants is the main contribution of the first principal component while that of selenium is the main contribution of second principal component.To conclude,this study provide the important information for elite germplasm discorvey and wheat genetic improvement.
