茶树/大豆间作对根际土壤微生物群落及酶活性的影响

中文摘要:通过盆栽试验,设置(单作茶树、单作大豆和茶树/大豆间作) 3种种植处理,探讨茶树/大豆间作种植下根际土壤微生物群落结构、酶活性的变化及二者的内在联系。结果表明:与单作处理相比,茶树/大豆间作增加根际土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及微生物总量,改善土壤微生物群落多样性;提高作物根际土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶与过氧化氢酶的活性。相关分析结果显示,土壤微生物数量与酶活性存在正相关关系,以茶树根际相关性最显著。说明茶树/大豆间作具有显著的种间促进效应,能有效调节根际微生物群落结构组成及土壤酶活性。

Effects of Tea and Soybean Intercropping on Soil Microbial Community and Enzyme Activity
Abstract:A pot trial was conducted under three planting treatments(monocropping tea, monocropping soybean, tea and soybean intercropping) to explore the changes in rhizosphere microbial community, enzyme activity and its internal relations. The results showed that compared with monocropping treatments, tea intercropping with soybean increased the abundance of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomyces, and improved the soil microbial community diversity in rhizosphere of tea and soybean. It also enhanced the urease, protease and catalase activities in rhizosphere soil. Besides, the correlation analysis revealed that there was a positive correlation between soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity. Our findings indicated that tea /soybean intercropping had a significant interspecific facilitation, and could stimulate effectively the soil microbial community and enzyme activities in rhizosphere.
