中文摘要:为研究干旱胁迫对4个种源酸枣种子萌发及活力的影响,采用PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,分析在不同质量浓度PEG溶液胁迫下,4个种源酸枣种子的发芽率、发芽指数、胁迫指数、种子活力指数、胚根长、鲜质量、胚根活力、胚根体积、胚根表面积、胚根平均直径的变化规律。结果显示,酸枣种子的10个测定性状均随PEG-6000溶液质量浓度的增大而降低,且不同种源酸枣种子对干旱胁迫的响应程度不同;质量浓度为200 g/L的PEG-6000处理组中的4个种源酸枣种子均不萌发,复水后均可恢复萌发且萌发率与对照组无显著差异;投影寻踪模型显示4个种源酸枣种子的抗旱性强弱关系为:烟台<石家庄<银川<吐鲁番。 |

Effects of Simulated Drought Stress on Germination and Vigor of Zizyphus jujuba Seeds |

Abstract:The study was carried out to research the effects of drought stress on seed germination and vigor of four provenances of Zizyphus jujuba. PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress,the changes of seed germination rate,germination index,stress index,seedling vigor index,radicle length,fresh mass,radicle activity,radicle volume,radicle surface,average radicle diameter were studied with different mass concentrations of PEG-6000. all ten indexes decreased with the increase of mass concentrations of PEG-6000,and various responses were detected among different provenances of Zizyphus jujuba seeds. When the mass concentrations of PEG-6000 was 200g/ L,the seeds could not germinate,but they could regerminate after rehydration and had no differences with the control group.Using the projection pursuit model,drought resistance of four provenances of Zizyphus jujuba seedswas listed as Yantai<Shijiazhuang<Yinchuan<Turpan. |
