抗感棉花品种根系分泌物及其对枯萎菌的影响

中文摘要:为明确棉花抗感品种根系分泌物及其对枯萎菌的影响,采用室内模拟方法测定抗感棉花品种根系分泌物的成分及其质量浓度;同时,分析棉花根系分泌物对棉花枯萎病菌菌落生长、厚垣孢子形成及萌发的影响。结果表明,抗感棉花品种根系分泌物含9种氨基酸,其中,天门冬氨酸、组氨酸和甲硫氨酸为抗病品种‘抗岱16’的特有氨基酸,丙氨酸、脯氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸和丝氨酸为感病品种‘冀棉11’的特有氨基酸。每株‘冀棉11’根系分泌物中葡萄糖和蔗糖的质量分别是‘抗岱16’的4.5和4.4倍。‘抗岱16’的根系分泌物能够抑制枯萎病菌厚垣孢子的形成和萌发。研究还表明,6月和10月时,棉花根围土壤中枯萎病菌数量达到高峰,且抗病品种‘抗岱16’根围土壤中枯萎病菌的数量始终低于空白对照和感病品种‘冀棉11’。

Root Exudates of Resistant and Susceptible Cotton Cultivars Sand Its Effects on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum
Abstract:In order to understand the effect of root exudates of resistant and susceptible cotton cultivars on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, indoor simulation test was done to study the ingredient and quantity of root exudates of resistant and susceptible cotton cultivars. Meanwhile, the colony growth, chlamydospore formation of F.oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum and its germination rate were also studied. The results showed that there were 9 kinds of amino acids in root exudates of resistant and susceptible cotton cultivars, of which the aspartate, histidine and methionine only existed in cultivar of ‘Kangdai 16’, the alanine, proline, glutamate, lysisne, serine only existed in cultivar of ‘Jimian 11’ all of them were susceptible to F.oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum. The mass of glucose and sucrose in root exudates of susceptible cultivar ‘Jimian 11’ was 4.5 and 4.4 times respectively than that of resistant cultivar ‘Kangdai 16’. The root exudates of resistant cultivar ‘Kangdai 16’ could suppress the formation and germination of chlamydospore of F.oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum. The quantity of F.oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum in rhizosphere soil of cotton had two peaks in June and October, respectively, and the quantity of F.oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum in rhizosphere soil of resistant cotton ‘Kangdai 16’ was always higher than that of control and susceptible cultivar ‘Jimian 11’.
