干旱胁迫对青海冷地早熟禾和青海中华羊茅丸粒种子幼苗生长的影响

中文摘要:选用青海冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila Keng cv.‘Qinghai’)和青海中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis Keng cv.‘Qinghai’)裸种子、未加保水剂丸粒种子和加有保水剂丸粒种子进行试验,研究干旱胁迫对2种牧草裸种子、未加保水剂丸粒种子和加有保水剂丸粒种子幼苗相对生长率、幼苗相对含水量、幼苗中游离脯氨酸质量分数的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,土壤质量含水量明显降低,导致种子幼苗的相对生长率、相对含水量、以及游离脯氨酸质量分数都受到很大影响。随干旱胁迫的加重,幼苗的相对生长率减小,相对含水量降低,游离脯氨酸质量分数增加。根据隶属函数值分析得出,3类试验的青海冷地早熟禾和青海中华羊茅种子幼苗抗旱性顺序均为加有保水剂丸粒种子>裸种子>未加保水剂丸粒种子。

Effect of Drought Resistance on Seedling Growth of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai and Festuca sinensis Keng cv.‘Qinghai’ Pelleted Seeds
Abstract:Taking Poa crymophila Keng cv.‘Qinghai’ and Festuca sinensis Keng cv.‘Qinghai’ seed, pelleted seeds without super absorbent product (SAP) and pelleted seeds with SAP as materials,the experiment was conducted to find the effect of drought stress on relative growth rate of plant, relative water content and free proline mass fraction of seedlings of two naked forage seeds , pelleted seeds without and with super absorbent product(SAP). The result showed that drought stress caused the decrease of water content in the soil and had effect on plant relative growth rate, relative water content and free proline mass fraction of seedling.The relative growth rate of plants decreased, relative water content reduced, free proline mass fraction increased with the increasing of drought stress. Based on to the value analysis of the membership function, the order of the seedlings drought strees under different treatments of seeds of Poa crymophila Keng cv.‘Qinghai’ and Festuca sinensis Keng cv.‘Qinghai’ seed, pelleted seeds in three tests was SAP pelleting seed>bare seed>without SAP pelleting seeds.
