中文摘要:以樱桃番茄‘碧娇’为试材,在不同限根体积下,研究不同栽培体积及基质对日光温室樱桃番茄植株生长、产量和果实品质的影响。结果表明,限根体积不同,植株的株高、茎粗、叶面积长势差异显著,对照组的株高、茎粗明显高于其他4个处理,随着限根体积的减小,光合能力下降,平均667 m产量也降低为3 908.20 kg,但番茄果实的品质有所提高,栽培体积为30 cm×30 cm×80 m(A1B1处理)的种植方式总糖含量比对照组高2.25%,维生素C含量高19.25 mg/kg,可溶性固形物高2.17%。综合各种指标,得出30 cm×30 cm×8 m及添加基质的种植方式可以获得高品质的番茄。

Effects of Root Restriction Cultivation in Greenhouse on the Growth and Quality of Cherry Tomato
Abstract:Taking the cherry tomato ‘Bijiao’ as the test materials, the growth, yield and quality of the tomato under the different volumes of root restriction were measured to study how the different cultivation volumes and pot-mixes affected the growth and fruit quality of the greenhouse cherry tomato plant. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter and leaf area were different with different volume of root restriction. The plant height and stem diameter in the control group were obviously higher than that in other four treatments. With the decrease of volume, the photosynthetic ability reduced, and the average yield per 667 m reduced to 3 908.20 kg, but the quality was improved. The total sugar content was 2.25% higher than that of the control group under the cultivation volume of 30 cm×30 cm×8 m in addition, the vitamin C content was 19.25 mg/kg higher and soluble solids was 2.17% higher than that of the control. In summary, the planting pattern of 30 cm×30 cm×8 m in volume and adding substrates can produce high quality tomatoes.
