中文摘要:为考察生长素对香根鸢尾分株苗生长的影响,分别用ABI、IAA和IBA处理香根鸢尾分株苗的根状茎。结果显示:生长素种类对其新生不定根的数量、平均根长,根状茎鲜质量增长量有显著性影响,生长素质量浓度对根状茎鲜质量增加量有显著性影响。其中以100 mg/L的 ABT处理 3 min效果最好,平均根长达到11.90 cm,平均根数18条,增质量达13.22 g。 |

Effect of Auxin on the Individual Grow Seedlings of Iris pallida |

Abstract:To study the effect of auxin on the individual grow seedlings of Iris pallida, the seedlings were treated by root soaking with ABI, IAA and IBA separately. The results showed that auxin treatments would be beneficial to increase the number of adventitious roots,the average root length and growth increment of fresh rhizomes.The best result was obtained by treating with 100 mg/L of ABT for three minutes,the average root length reached 11.90 cm, the number of new fibrous root was 18, and the growth increment in mass reached 13.22 g. |
