基于阻尼转矩分析的电力系统频率振荡模式辨别与分析

摘要:

近年来,实际电网中多次出现频率振荡现象。研究表明,该现象与电力系统调频动态过程密切相关,包括一次调频(PFR)模式和自动发电控制(AGC)模式。为分析系统中不同调频过程动态对频率振荡的影响、厘清不同振荡模式的内在区别与振荡表现,将阻尼转矩分析(DTA)理论进行推广,建立适用于电力系统频率稳定分析的DTA方法,能够揭示调频控制过程阻尼转矩的产生、分配和传递机理。同时,基于该方法提出了电力系统频率振荡模式辨别方法,定义阻尼转矩模式辨别指标,该指标能够有效反映调频环节对振荡模式的阻尼贡献和影响、准确辨别系统频率振荡模式。在算例分析中,通过仿真验证了文中方法的有效性和可行性,并分析了不同模式的振荡表现和影响机理。

Identification and Analysis of Frequency Oscillation Mode of Power System Based on Damping Torque Analysis

Abstract:

In recent years, frequency oscillations have taken place multiple times in actual power grids. Research shows that this phenomenon is closely related to the dynamic frequency regulation process of power systems, including the primary frequency regulation (PFR) mode and the automatic generation control (AGC) mode. In order to analyze the dynamic effects of different frequency regulation processes on the frequency oscillation and clarify the intrinsic differences between different oscillation modes and oscillation performance, the theory of damping torque analysis (DTA) is extended, and a DTA method suitable for frequency stability analysis of power systems is established, which can reveal the generation, distribution, and transmission mechanism of damping torque in the frequency regulation control process. Meanwhile, a method for identifying the frequency oscillation modes of power systems is proposed based on this method, and an index for identifying the damping torque modes is defined. The index can effectively reflect the damping contribution and influence of frequency regulation link to the oscillation mode, and accurately identify the frequency oscillation modes of the system. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the simulation examples, and the oscillation behavior and influence mechanism of different modes are analyzed.
