直流配电网供电容量大、可靠性高、可控性强,已成为电力系统重要的发展方向之一。电能质量是直流配电网规划设计与运行控制的关键问题。文中探讨了直流配电网电能质量的特征,阐述了电能质量事件的产生机理、影响及评价指标;分析了直流配电网电能质量扰动传递特性,并在此基础上梳理了电能质量扰动定位的一般方法和框架,讨论了适用于直流配电网电能质量扰动定位的方法;综述了直流配电网电能质量控制的研究现状,归纳了不平衡电压、电压偏差、电压波动和谐波的控制方法。最后,从直流配电网电能质量指标定义及其关联性、多级直流配电网扰动溯源的复杂性、直流电能质量动态分区治理的混杂性等方面对直流配电网电能质量未来研究趋势进行了探讨。

The DC distribution network has become one of the important development directions for the power system because of its large power supply capacity, high reliability and strong controllability. Power quality is a key issue in the planning, design and operation control of DC distribution networks. This paper discusses the characteristics of the power quality in DC distribution network, and expounds the generation mechanism, impact and evaluation indicators of power quality events. Then, the transfer characteristics of power quality disturbance in DC distribution networks are analyzed. On this basis, the general method and framework of power quality disturbance location are sorted out, and the methods suitable for power quality disturbance location in DC distribution network are discussed. Also, the research status of power quality control in DC distribution network is reviewed, and the control methods of unbalanced voltage, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation and harmonics are summarized. Finally, the future research trends of the power quality in the DC distribution network are discussed from the aspects of the definition and correlation of power quality indicators, the complexity of multi-level DC distribution network disturbance tracing, and the hybridity of DC power quality dynamic zoning management.
