基于机会约束规划的智能楼宇与社区综合能源系统协调优化

摘要:

为考虑智能楼宇(IB)与社区综合能源系统(ICES)协调优化中的不确定性及多主体的差异化利益诉求,提出了基于机会约束规划的IB与ICES主从博弈协调优化调度策略。首先,基于IB的蓄热特性,采用热阻-热容网络对热量在楼宇围护结构的热动态过程进行建模。随后,基于该热动态模型,构建了含可调散热器的楼宇用户热需求响应模型。其次,为考虑ICES和IB的差异化利益诉求,利用主从博弈方法对二者的协调优化进行建模。然后,为考虑风电和光伏出力不确定性对ICES与IB协调优化调度的影响,进一步采用机会约束规划的方法对ICES与IB的主从博弈优化模型进行求解。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法可以在风光出力不确定性下保证ICES与IB双方的经济利益,并在兼顾经济性的同时促进风光消纳。

Coordinated Optimization for Intelligent Building and Integrated Community Energy System Based on Chance-constrained Programming

Abstract:

To consider the uncertainties and the differentiated interests of multiple entities in the coordinated optimization between intelligent buildings (IB) and integrated community ernergy system (ICES), a dispatch strategy for Stacklberg game coordinated optimization between IB and ICES based on chance-constrained programming is proposed. First, based on the heat storage characteristics of IB, a resistor-capacitor (RC) network is used to model the thermal dynamics process of building envelope. Second, based on the thermal dynamic model, a heating demand response (HDR) model of building consumers with adjustable radiator is constructed. A Stackelberg game method is used to model the coordinated optimization for ICES and IB considering the differentiated interests of ICES and IB. Then, considering the impact of uncertainties of wind power and photovoltaic output on coordinated optimal dispatch between ICES and IB, a chance-constrained programming method is used to solve the Stacklberg game model between ICES and IB. Finally, numerical results demonstrate that the proposed method can ensure the benefits of ICES and IB under the uncertainties of wind power and photovaltic output, and promote the accommodation of wind power and photovoltaic while taking the economy into account.
