风电场无功补偿工况下级联H桥STATCOM电压平衡控制

摘要:

针对风电场高电压、大功率场合需要进行无功功率补偿的问题,提出一种基于级联H桥STATCOM的无功功率补偿控制及三相直流电压平衡控制方法。在对较大规模风电场等值的基础上,考虑了风电场中可能出现的电压不平衡情况,在正序和负序坐标系下分别提出了风电场无功功率补偿控制策略。为实现级联H桥STATCOM三相电容电压的平衡控制,分析了风电场与级联H桥STATCOM之间的功率流动,并根据有功功率流动情况,计算了相间电压控制的前馈补偿量和三相需要注入的零序电压,在反馈控制基础上加入前馈控制,从而提高了相间电压平衡的准确性。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中建立风电场等值模型和级联H桥STATCOM无功功率补偿模型,仿真结果验证了在稳态和电网故障的情况下,所提控制策略对风电场动态无功功率补偿和对级联H桥STATCOM相间电压平衡的有效性。

Voltage Balance Control of Cascaded H-bridge STATCOM for Wind Farm Under Reactive Power Compensation Condition

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of reactive power compensation in high-voltage high-power occasions in the wind farm, a reactive power compensation control and three-phase DC voltage balance control method based on the cascaded H-bridge STATCOM is proposed. Firstly, based on the equivalent of the large-scale wind farm, the voltage unbalanced condition in the wind farm is considered,and the reactive power compensation control strategy is carried out for the wind farm in the positive sequence coordinate system and the negative sequence coordinate system. In order to realize the three-phase capacitor voltage balance control of the cascaded H-bridge STATCOM, the power flow between the wind farm and the cascaded H-bridge STATCOM is analyzed. According to the active power flow, the feedforward compensation of phase-to-phase voltage control and the zero-sequence voltage to be injected are calculated. The feedforward control is added on the basis of feedback control to improve the accuracy of phase-to-phase voltage balance. Finally, the wind farm equivalent model and the reactive power compensation model of cascaded H-bridge STATCOM are established in MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy for dynamic reactive power compensation of wind farm and phase-to-phase voltage balance of cascaded H-bridge STATCOM under steady-state and power grid fault conditions.
