全功率变速抽水蓄能机组快速功率模式小信号建模

摘要:

小信号建模是全功率变速抽水蓄能机组(FSC-VSPSU)稳定性量化分析与多控制器参数优化的基础。由于变流器响应时间尺度为毫秒级、水轮机系统响应尺度为秒级,因此,采用快速功率模式的抽水蓄能机组在发电状态下的稳定特性在很大程度上受制于水轮机特性。针对常用经典水轮机模型不能准确反映抽水蓄能机组运行特性的问题,提出了计及初始运行工况的改进水轮机小信号模型。该模型可反映水轮机初始运行负荷和水头对稳定特性的影响,且模型参数易于获取。结合发电机、励磁系统、调速系统以及变流器模型,构建了FSC-VSPSU在发电状态下的小信号模型和电磁暂态仿真模型。采用特征值分析方法研究了抽水蓄能机组小信号稳定特性,仿真结果表明抽水蓄能机组存在超低频振荡风险。同时,提取了关键影响因素,进一步给出了调速系统参数整定原则。

Small Signal Modeling of Variable-speed Pumped Storage Unit with Full-size Converter in Fast-power Mode

Abstract:

Small signal modeling is the basis for the quantitative analysis of stability characteristics and multi-controller parameter optimization of variable-speed pumped storage units with full-size converter (FSC-VSPSU). Since the response time scale of frequency converter systems is at millisecond level and that of hydraulic turbine system is at second level, the stability characteristics of the pumped storage unit in fast-power mode and generation state are largely restricted by the hydraulic turbine. Aiming at the problem that the conventional hydraulic turbine model cannot accurately reflect the operation characteristics of the pumped storage units, an improved small signal model for the hydraulic turbine considering the initial operation condition is proposed. It can reflect the influence of the initial operating load and water head of the hydraulic turbine on the stability characteristics, and the model parameters are easy to obtain. Combined with the generator, excitation system, governor system and converter models, the small signal model and electromagnetic transient simulation model of FSC-VSPSU in generation state are constructed. The small signal stability characteristics of the pumped storage unit are studied by eigenvalue analysis method. It is found that the unit has the risk of ultra-low frequency oscillation, and the key factors are extracted. Furthermore, the parameter setting principle of the governor system is given.
