基于阻尼转矩分析法的时滞丢包统一建模及其应用

摘要:

广域测量系统的应用和发展为解决大电网互联中产生的区域振荡提供了新方法,但其应用过程中产生的时滞和丢包对系统稳定产生了重要影响。阻尼转矩分析法物理意义明确,是分析小干扰稳定的重要方法。文中首先叙述了时滞和丢包的处理方法,接着通过取其期望的方法将丢包这个概率性事件转变成确定的数值,从而在时域和频域内推导出考虑时滞丢包的采样模型。在此基础上推导出考虑时滞丢包的统一阻尼转矩分析法模型,并结合相量法将其应用于电力系统稳定器的参数优化设计。最后,通过两区四机和大电网算例证明了模型的正确性和可行性。

Damping Torque Analysis Based Unified Modeling of Time Delay and Data Loss and Its Application

Abstract:

The development of wide-area measurement system(WAMS)has provided a new method for solving inter-area oscillation problems in large interconnected power grids, but the time-delay and data-loss appearing with it exerts a negative influence on system stability. The damping torque analysis(DTA)is an important method to analyze small signal stability problems for its clear physical meaning. This paper describes the practical handling method of time-delay and data-loss. Then data-loss is turned from a probabilistic event into a precise numerical value by calculating its expected value. Thus the sampling model including time-delay and data-loss is deduced in both the time and frequency domain. On this basis, a DTA-based unified model considering time-delay and data-loss is developed. The model is applied to power system stabilizer(PSS)design drawing on the phasor method. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the unified DTA model considering time-delay and data-loss is verified by actual examples.
