南方电网西电东送节能减排效益分析

摘要:

南方电网推进西电东送对于实现全网能源资源的优化配置、促进南方五省(区)节能减排的发展具有重要意义。建立了南方电网线损率结构分析模型,可用于分析西电东送对全网综合线损率变化的贡献。采用系统运行模拟和场景对比的方法,量化分析了南方电网10年来通过发展西电东送所带来的节能减排效益。进一步,对西电东送的线损电量与其所实现的节能减排效益进行了灵敏度分析,揭示了西电东送工程在节能减排方面的成本效益关系。

Energy-saving and Emission Reduction Benefit Analysis on West-to-east Transmission Project of China Southern Power Grid

Abstract:

Construction of the west-to-east transmission project is of great significance to the optimal allocation of energy resources and the development of energy-saving and emission reduction of local community within the whole area covered by China Southern Power Grid(CSG).A structure analysis model of the line loss rate is built,based on which the contribution of the west-to-east transmission project to the comprehensive line loss rate of CSG can be calculated.Using the method of system operation simulation and scenario comparison analysis,an analysis is conducted to quantify the energy-saving and emission reduction benefit brought about by the development of the west-to-east transmission project in CSG over the last decade.Furthermore,a sensitivity analysis between energy-saving and emission reduction benefit of the west-to-east transmission project and its line loss is conducted to reveal its cost-benefit relationship in terms of energy-saving and emission reduction.
