基于运行维护的海上风电机组可用性评估方法

摘要:

海上风电机组与陆上不同,受海上天气条件及运行维护策略的影响较大。在充分考虑了海上风浪等天气因素的基础上,将海上风电机组的运行维护方案根据机组故障部件不同、修复时需要的辅助设备及修复时间等差异进行归纳分类,并结合风电机组各部件平均故障率和平均修复时间,提出一种适用于不同海上风电场的风电机组可用性评估方法。算例评估结果表明,所述方法能够反映不同海上天气条件和运行维护方案对可利用率的综合影响。同时,一组灵敏度分析结果体现了海上天气条件及运行维护方案的实施对海上风电机组可用性的影响情况,为海上风电机组的设计与风电场的管理提供了技术支持。

Abstract:

Unlike onshore wind farms,the harsh weather conditions(wind and waves)have greater impacts on the offshore wind farm operation and maintenance(O&M).Taking fully into account of the influence of offshore weather conditions,the paper classifies the O&M strategies of offshore wind turbines into several categories by the components and their respective repair time required by auxiliary equipment.Based on this classification,a new method of availability evaluation of wind turbines with different offshore conditions is presented.A case study demonstrates that the proposed approach can deal with various offshore conditions and O&M strategies.The sensitivity analysis shows the significance of such strategies on the offshore wind O&M availability as an effective technical support.
