广域保护方案可靠性评估

摘要:

广域保护原理及实现广域保护所需的技术条件日益成熟,但可靠性仍是制约其进一步完善和应用的主要因素。文中提出了一种基于保护原理性失效概率模型和Markov状态空间法的广域保护原理方案可靠性评估方法。首先,利用原理性失效概率模型对各主要功能模块的可靠性进行了概率分析;在此基础上进一步考虑数据传输和程序编制因素,通过合理划分Markov状态空间对保护原理方案的整体可靠性进行了评估。最后,结合算例进行了相关分析,结果表明所提方法能为设计和优化广域保护方案、寻找广域保护原理方案的薄弱环节提供参考。

Reliability Assessment of Wide Area Protection Scheme

Abstract:

The principles of wide area protection and the technical requirements on protection implementation are becoming increasingly mature.However,the reliability is still the key factor constraining further improvement and application of wide area protection.This paper presents a reliability assessment method for the wide area protection principle scheme based on the protection principle failure probability model and Markov state space.Firstly,the no-action probability of major functional modules are analyzed based on the principle failure probability model,and the overall reliability of the protection principle scheme is then assessed through rational division of Markov state space while considering the factors of data transfer and programming.Finally,a case study is analyzed,the results showing that the proposed method can provide reference for designing and optimizing the wide area protection scheme as well as for finding the weak links.
