智能变电站数字采样延时特性分析与试验

摘要:

数字采样的额定延时和相位误差是影响继电保护性能的重要因素。文中分析了数字采样各个环节延时的构成,阐述了目前智能变电站采样同步实现方式,比较了数字采样的额定延时与相位误差的异同,提出了间接法和直接法额定延时检测方法并比较了二者的优缺点。最后给出了数字采样在智能变电站应用中的注意事项及建议。

Abstract:

Rated delay and phase error of digital sampling are important factors affecting the performance of relay protection.The composition of rated delay in each link of digital sampling is analyzed.The implementation of synchronous sampling is described in smart substations and the differences and similarities between rated delay and phase error of digital sampling are specified in detail.The indirect and direct methods of rated delay testing are put forward and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Finally,precautions and suggestions regarding the application of digital sampling in smart substations are given.
