重点研究了智能变电站数据中心的实现方法,包括数据中心的组织和访问。该方法基于统一建模技术,将多种专业数据有效融合和关联,按照标准模型存储;以多源量测为连接枢纽,提供以一次设备对象为基础的数据访问接口。提出了一种基于数据中心的变电站自动化系统架构,并对数据中心部署及信息交互进行了研究。同时,提出基于数据中心的变电站对外应用服务体系架构,其核心是建立不依赖通信协议的标准化信息服务,为调度中心和本地智能应用提供通用数据服务、面向应用的服务。

The focus is on the realization method of the smart substation data center,including the organization and access of the data center.Based on the unified modeling techniques,this method is committed to effectively merging and connecting the data in all related professional fields,while storing the data according to the standard model.Taking the multi-source measurement as a connection center,the data center provides various data access services based on the primary equipment object.An architecture of substation automation system based on the data center is provided,and the deployment of the data center and the information interaction are studied.An architecture of substation external application service based on the data center is proposed to establish standard information service independent of communication protocols,thus providing various common data services and application-oriented services to the dispatch center and the local intelligent applications.
