云广特高压直流差动保护误动原因分析

摘要:

分析了“9·12”云广特高压直流换相失败并导致极1直流差动保护误动事故,包括换相失败现象、换相失败详细过程、换相等值电路、高低压侧直流电流及其差流和极1直流差动保护误动原因。换相失败过程中极1高、低压直流电流互感器暂态特性不一致,使高、低压侧直流电流测量值差值增大并满足直流差动保护动作判据,最终导致直流差动保护误动。

Abstract:

A DC differential protection malfunction accident of pole 1 caused by Yunnan-Guangdong ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)commutation failure is analyzed,which includes commutation failure phenomena,process and equivalent circuit analysis,DC currents on high and low voltage sides and their differential current,and also the malfunction reason for DC differential protection.During commutation failure process,the inconformity of low voltage current transformer characteristic and high voltage current transformer characteristic of pole 1 results in DC differential current between high voltage side and low voltage side increasing,and finally,it results in malfunction of DC differential protection.
