中国面向东盟地区推动农业“走出去”的现状、问题及政策建议——以中国云南省为例

Abstract: 云南省作为中国的西南门户,在国家"一带一路"和"走出去"战略中都肩负着重要使命,特别是在深化中国与东盟国家农业投资合作方面的。本文在对云南省农业"走出去"进行专题调研的基础上,总结了云南省农业"走出去"的发展现状和特点,指出了当前仍然存在的问题,并提出了搭建省内综合服务平台等方面的政策建议。
