发达国家农村富余劳动力转移的经验研究——以美国、英国、日本为例

Abstract: 农村富余劳动力能否成功转移事关农民收入增加、城乡经济发展和社会稳定。借鉴美国、英国、日本等国家农业劳动力转移进程中的一些做法和经验,总结出加快工业发展,实现农业现代化,消除制度性障碍,提高农村劳动力文化素质是中国实现农村劳动力成功转移的有效途径。
