Abstract: In order to analyze how to deal with forestry products export trade disputes effectively,this paper summarized the definition,characteristics,and different patterns of four types of barriers.They were intellectual property,remedy measures,technical means and green trade.Based on what have done,the situation characteristics and development treads of those four types barriers were concluded,and four main inspirations to deal with export barriers were put forward as well,which would provide references to promote the healthy development of forestry products trade.
