借鉴国外经验 提高中国农业机械安全生产水平——以河南省南阳市农业机械安全生产为例

Abstract: 农业机械化是农业现代化的重要标志。随着中国农业机械化程度不断提高,农业生产中使用的农业机械数量也急剧上升,由农业机械使用所引发的安全问题也日益突出。实行并加强农业机械在农业生产中的安全管理,保证广大人民群众的生命财产安全刻不容缓。因此,本文以南阳市农业机械安全生产为例,研究了中国农业机械生产安全问题,在吸收借鉴发达国家农业机械安全生产经验的基础上,提出了改善中国农业机械生产安全状况的对策建议。
