专家引领下的网络远程混合指导模式与策略研究

Abstract: 文章以"应用型课题促进英特尔未来教育基础课程理念向教师教学能力迁移的实践研究"项目中专家团队的指导为研究点,对研究团队的指导设计与指导过程进行理论总结。实践证明,专家引领下的网络远程混合指导活动的开展在项目实施中起到了极其重要的作用,远程指导成为连接专家团队与项目学校的纽带,存在于教师网络学习、教研、实践、反思的方方面面,是项目取得成功的关键之一。文章期望该项目的指导模式与实施策略对同类型的指导活动能够起到一定的借鉴作用。
