Analysis of 116 Patients with the Specific Dermatoses of Pregnancy in Qinghai ProvinceChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the specific dermatoses of pregnancy（SDP）.Methods The clinical data,laboraory findings,response to treatment,disease course and prognosis,and fetal conditions were analyzed in 116 patients with SDP diagnosed in our department from 2010 to 2013.Results Among 116 patients,the mean age at onset of the skin eruption were 28. 9 ± 4. 8 year-old,.The lesions occurred at all stages during pregnancy,but rare after delivery. 34. 48% of the patients had other diseases. 41. 38% had atopic background. All patients presented with pruritus with average duration of 8. 04 ± 9. 98 weeks. 30. 17% of patients had skin lesions on the trunk and the limbs. The abdomen was involved in 20. 13% of patients. 73. 28% lesions were polymorphic. Increased blood white cell counts were found in 56. 99% of patients. 73. 08% of patients were with urinary tract infection. 83. 33%of patients were with liver and kidney dysfunction. Average fetal birth weight was 3. 32kg. 54. 74% of babies were boys. 21. 05% of the patients suffered from intrauterine distress during pregnancy,spontaneous abortion,threatened preterm labor,threatened abortion,etc. Conclusion Patients with SDP display certain clinical features and certain extent of abnormalities in laboratory tests,and fetal conditions. Further studies are required.
