Abstract: Energy-saving in electricity industry is regarded as one of important strategic targets in"Twelfth Five-Year Plan"for energy. CSG is facing an challenging topic of mining potential in real-time dispatching. This paper discussed the real-time generation optimization space not been utillized and proposed strategy about high energy-consumption and clean energy replacement with real-time inter-province power exchange. A liner optimization model with a target of minimizing real-time energy consumption increment is established. The assessment of economic benefits and energy-saving profit based on CSG 2012 practical data proved huge potential of realtime energy-saving dispatch.
