Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the maneuverability and practicality of distribution network projects assessment mechanism should be improved in provincial power grid companies,the paper constructs a set of assessment system for distribution network projects based on the single-project comprehensive evaluation system and project group comprehensive evaluation system. Firstly,based on the investment division results of lower power supply using original investment allocation methods at provincial power grid companies level,the system is used to assist provincial power grid companies to revise investment division result of lower power supply using project group evaluation result. Secondly,with distribution investment as constraint,the system is used to assist local power supply bureau to carry out project identification using single-project evaluation result and sorted result,so as to improve pertinence of investment distribution and scientificalness of project selection.
