A Condition Assessment Method of GIS Based on the Condition Assessment and Risk Management System of Electrical EquipmentChinese Full Text

Abstract: Comparing to the periodical maintenance with a focus on preventative test,the condition based maintenance can be performed with assets running as to greatly reduce the workload,save a large amount of maintenance fund and improve the assets reliability. Based on CARMS(Condition Assessment and Risk Management System of Electrical Equipment),and considering the construction,function designation of GIS and local district feature,this paper conducts an analysis on the condition related elements,and proposes a condition assessment method of GIS. Through conducting an assessment on the GIS substations of Guangzhou Power Supply Co.,Ltd.,the feasibility of the proposed method is proved.
