Analysis on the 220 kV Bypass Road Risk in China Southern Power Grid and Its Prevention and Control MeasuresChinese Full Text

Abstract: In order to improve the risk prevention and control ability of China Southern Power Grid（CSG）,this paper does statistical research of the 220 kV bypass protection configuration in the whole Grid,combing the problems of bypass operation during 2011— 2012 years,and studying the potential risk in different types of bypass road process. The results show that there exist bypass road risks in the operations such as that without main protection,only with a single set of main protection in long term,without main protection for main transformer leads,without the function of switch failure tripping of main transformer three sides,etc. The related prevention and control measures are proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of CSG.
