Abstract: 对入世以来我国食糖的生产、消费、贸易形势和主要特点做了简要回顾和归纳,针对2014年食糖价格走势对糖料生产的影响做出分析,对2014/2015榨季的食糖产需形势和价格走势做出预测,在分析我国食糖生产面临的主要困境和问题基础上,提出增强我国食糖产业竞争力、加强对食糖产业的保护和支持的政策建议。
