温泉水疗对慢性高血压病治疗作用的探究

Abstract: 目的通过实验研究证实温泉水疗对慢性高血压病的辅助治疗效果,明确其治疗意义。方法选取2012-07—2013-07来我院疗养的患有慢性高血压病的疗养员100例作为研究对象,在药物治疗基础上给予温泉水疗治疗,通过自身前后对照,进行血压监测。结果疗养员的收缩压和舒张压均呈下降趋势,且下降幅度较为明显,由156/95 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）下降至138/80 mmHg。结论温泉水疗对于慢性高血压病具有一定的疗效,在配合药物治疗的情况下,可以有效地使疗养员血压控制在正常水平范围内,并且相较于仅进行药物治疗的情况下,血压水平有明显的降低。
