Leaching of Arsenic From Arsenic-alkali ResidueChinese Full Text

Abstract: Leaching of arsenic by hydrothermal leaching method and sulfuric acid leaching method from arsenic-alkali residue was researched.The effect of leaching time,temperature,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass,sulfuric acid concentration on leaching of arsenic were examined.The results show that leaching of arsenic by hydrothermal leaching is higher than sulfuric acid leaching.The effect order of all factors on leaching of arsenic is time＞temperature＞ratio between liquid volume and solid mass by hydrothermal leaching and ratio between liquid volume and solid mass＞sulfuric acid concentration＞temperature＞time by acid sulfuric leaching.The optimal process conditions of hydrothermal leaching is leaching time of 30 min,leaching temperature of 40 ℃ and ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 12∶1.Under the optimal conditions,the leaching rate of arsenic is78.12%.
