Design on multi- position progressive compound die for meter windowsChinese Full Text

Abstract: Taking the aeronautical meter windows as example,the stamping process of the meter windows was analyzed,the layout and overall structure of multi-position progressive compound die were designed,and the structure design of the location device,strippers and working parts were detailed. Sliding guide four-pillar die sets with higher accuracy grade were selected due to stable operation and high guidance precision. The layout with edgewise and scraps was designed to improve the precision of that part. The location modes of feeding distance determined by double side blades and feeding direction determined by bilateral guide plates were adopted to improve the location precision. The blank offsetting was prevented by using spring strippers and ejectors to improve the location precision and reduce the spring-back at the same time. The location error,overall dimension of die and production costs were reduced by combining cutting tonguebedding with flanging the inner and outer edges. Some empty stations were added to ensure the strength of die and installing space of the punches and other parts. The actual production shows that the die manufacturing and maintaining are convenient,which meets the required productivity and guarantees the quality.
