Abstract: Based on Ansys-APDL language,using magnetic field and temperature field coupling moving heat source,three-dimensional induction heating electromagnetic-heat-stress coupling for steel plate was simulated. The results show that temperature field and Y direction deformation field of the steel plate are uneven in the process of heating,obvious end effect appears in the end of the heating areas; the temperature gradient of the front end of heating area is large,the temperature gradient of the tail end is small,and there is big temperature difference between upper and bottom surface of steel plate. Y direction deformation in heating area increases with the increasing of heating power,and decreases with the increasing of heating rate. With the increasing of heating power,bending angle of steel plate increases linearly,radius of curvature decreases first and then tends to be a constant value. With the speeding up of movement speed of coil,bending angle of steel plate decreases linearly,radius of curvature increases first and then tend to be a constant value.
