Research on warm forming property of Docol 1200M ultra high strength steelChinese Full Text

Abstract: Warm forming technology can significantly improve the formability of high strength steel. Docol 1200M ultra high strength steel was targeted,the warm forming property of Docol 1200M ultra high strength steel was studied at different temperatures,and the corresponding fracture surface was analyzed. The result shows that the warm drawing and bulging forming property of Docol 1200M ultra high strength steel rises overall with temperature increasing. However,its formability suddenly drops for the first kind of temper brittleness and blue brittleness at 200 and 300 ℃. The most suitable forming temperature of high- strength steel plate is 400 ℃.
