头孢曲松钠致小儿严重溶血反应1例

Abstract: ＜正＞1临床资料患儿,女,4岁1个月,因"咳嗽1周,加重伴发热1天"入院。患儿既往有慢性EB病毒感染病史。入院查体:T38.3℃,精神尚好,咽部充血,颈软,双肺听诊呼吸音粗,可闻及干啰音,心音有力,律齐,腹软,未触及包块,肝脾肋下未触及。辅助检查:血常规WBC8.61×109个/L,N67.4%,L25.4%,N5.8×109个/L,L 2.19×109个/L,RBC 4.44×1012个/L,HGB120 g·L-1,PLT190×109个/L,正常。GNLPS 8.1 pg·ml-1,正常。MP-Ab 1:320阳性,提示肺炎支原体感染。ESR20 mm·h-1;PCT0.139 ng·ml-1稍高。肝功
