Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine oil for the treatment of radioactive dermatitis.METHODS The same grade II III radioactive dermatitis in 72 cancer patients,were randomly divided into the treatment group of 38 cases and 34 cases in the control group,respectively,using self-made traditional Chinese medicine oil coated and dexamethasone ointment.The healing effects were observed in the two groups of patients with dermatitis.RESULTS In the treatment group,the healing rate for radioactive dermatitis was higher than that in the control group（P ＜ 0.05）,pain relief time and healing time was shorter than the control group（P ＜ 0.01）.CONCLUSION The effect of traditional Chinese medicine oil for the treatment of radioactive dermatitis is good,can shorten the healing time of skin.
