Abstract: ＜正＞1临床资料患者,女,25岁,因腹痛、呕吐、腹泻,于2013年2月22日来急诊内科就诊,查体:体温37.5℃,呼吸20次/min,血压100/70 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）。血常规示:白细胞计数12.4×109个/L,中性粒细胞比89.2%,淋巴细胞比7.2%。诊断为急性胃肠炎。由于患者体温略高,白细胞和中性粒细胞比升高,考虑感染可能,给予抗感染、止吐、补充电解质等治疗。首先,给予0.9%氯化钠注射液500 ml+注
