Abstract: To provide referenced plans for improving the corneal permeability of ophthalmic preparations.To summarize the methods of improving the corneal permeability of ophthalmic preparations by retrieving domestic and abroad literature.Its bioavailability depends on the corneal permeability of drugs.At present,adding corneal penetrating promoter and applying the new technologies to prepare various kinds of ophthalmic preparations are the effective means to improve the corneal permeability of ophthalmic preparations.
