Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of application of alprostadil injections and FDP injection in patients with severe burns.METHODS 125 cases of severe burn patients were divided into conventional therapy group(control group,n=30),conventional rehydration+alprostadil(PGE1 group,n=32),conventional rehydration+fructose diphosphate(FDP group,n=32)and alprostadil conventional rehydration+ FDP group(PGE1+ FDP,n=31).The therapeutic effects of four groups were compared.RESULTS The fluid volume, urine output, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure pairwise comparisons of PGE1 group,FDP group,PGE1+ FDP group after first day, third day and fifth day were lower than control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB),hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),cardiac troponin I(cTn I)of PGE1 group,FDP group,PGE1+ FDP group after admission on 1st d,3rd d and 5th d were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION PGE1 combined with FDP can prevent from myocardial dysfunction and the occurrence of burn shock in patients with severe burns.
