Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the monitoring effects of the reasonable antimicrobial drugs application in typeⅠincision orthopedic patients during perioperative period.METHODS According to a stratified randomization method,233 cases of type Ⅰincision orthopedic patients were divided into the intervention group and the non-intervention group,the patients of intervention group were given the monitoring of antibiotics application.RESULTS The intervention group was better than the non-intervention group in the selection of antimicrobial drugs,the medication timing,the treatment course and combined used of antimicrobial drugs,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the intervention group was better than the non-intervention group in the incidence rates of the incision infections,antifebrile time,incision infections,hospitalized-time and medical cost,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The integrated interven-tion management can significantly improve the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,it has important clinical value for the prevention of wound infection and reduce the medical expenses.
