Methods: Conventional HE staining, the use of electron microscopy and special staining techniques ultrastructure, cell measurements, etc. Observation of the morphological features of both. Results: The distribution and morphology was general the same in fetus and adult trigeminal ganglion, the most prominent feature in adult’s ganglion cells is large, nucleolus clear and in the center. Organelles of ganglion cells were abundant and developed well under the electron microscope improved. There are two types of cell shading in adult trigeminal ganglion: light and dark.
