Abstract: Objective:To analyze the relationship between the serum OPG,NT-proBNP,TGFβ1,MMP,EPC and pulmonary artery hypertension.Methods:A total of 56patients with pulmonary artery hypertension in our hospital from February 2010to December 2013were selected as observation group,56healthy persons with the same age as the control group.Serum OPG,NT-proBNP,TGFβ1,MMP and EPC of two groups were detected and compared,and the detection levels of patients with different grades were compared too.The relationship among the serum OPG,NT-proBNP,TGFβ1,MMP,EPC and disease were analyzed.Results:The serum OPG,NT-proBNP,TGFβ1,MMP and EPC of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the detection levels of patients with higher grades were all higher than those of patients with lower grades(all P<0.05),and the relationship among the serum OPG,NT-proBNP,TGFβ1,MMP,EPC and disease was close.Conclusion:The fluctuation of serum OPG,NT-proBNP,TGFβ1,MMP and EPC of patients with pulmonary artery hypertension are great,and they are all closely relaed to the disease.
