摘要: 可溶性共刺激分子(soluble costimulatory molecules)是共刺激分子的可溶性形式,参与共刺激信号的传递并发挥重要的自我调控作用,其异常表达会影响机体免疫应答和免疫耐受的建立,与自身免疫性皮肤病的免疫调控和发生发展密切相关。本文就可溶性共刺激分子在自身免疫性皮肤病中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床医师和科研工作者明确该病的发病机制及有效治疗方案提供参考。

Abstract: Soluble costimulatory molecules are soluble forms of costimulatory molecules, which participate in the transmission of costimulatory signals and play an important role in self-regulation. Their abnormal expression will affect the body's immune response and the establishment of immune tolerance. It is closely related to the immune regulation, occurrence and development of autoimmune skin diseases. The update of soluble costimulatory molecules in autoimmune cutaneous disease was reviewed in this paper, in order to provide a reference for clinicians and researchers to clarify the pathogenesis and effective treatment of this disease.
