摘要： 本文报道1例司库奇尤单抗治疗银屑病后发生湿疹样改变的患者，环孢素、甲氨蝶呤治疗无效，给予阿布昔替尼治疗2周皮损消退。

Abstract: We report a case of eczematous drug eruption after the treatment of psoriasis with secuchinumab. Cyclosporine and methotrexate were ineffective, and the skin lesions resolved after 2 weeks of the treatment with abxitinib.
